I smell doggcrapp

when posting your reps on rest pause sets record the mini sets like this 10-2-1 rather than just writing 13.

also bentover rows shouldn't be rest paused due to injury.

skullcrushers are too heavy

1. I'm pretty stupid. (just ask PK)
2. I only train mma once per week, there are no other sessions available.

Is it worth looking for a MA club to train at the rest of the time? Maybe some Muay Thai? I find I need to do a minimum of 3 BJJ sessions a week to see progress and I prefer to do 4-5 classes and 1 private a week for things to really come together. The skill set required for MMA is far larger than a single discipline so to train stand-up, take downs and groundwork just once a week is spreading yourself very thin, in my opinion.

During the economic hardship we are currently facing I have to work all the hrs god sends and I NEED to be going to the gym. So I rarely have time.
I'm hoping for a wage increase next yr if so I will look for JJ in the local area.

were the calf raises done with the 15 second holds at the bottom?

what was going on with the reps on the SLDLs? to sets of 6 then a set of 12?

FIFTEEN secs? I thought it was 5? So no is the answer, lol.
Dunno I was warming up then a set of 12 cropped up and my back hurt so I called it a day for that.

went to Peckerwood tonight and did an hour of continual 3min on 3min off of thai pad work, I considered using the actual gym facilities but was over come by the scent of mildly warm hair gel and metro sexual 'cologne'!!
But I think I scared a lot of ppl with my grunting and the sound of smashing pads was enough to make one lady leave the whole gym, so I think I used my free pass wisely.
Soon as I can get back in the gym I will continue posting.

I did about an hour and half of Judo style throws today at MMA didn't get to do the full 2hrs as apparently the girls needed some one to be at home while my GF goes to work.
I'm sure my brother and I were looking after ourselves by 10 and 7 yrs old!!

Anyway I'm sweaty and I haven't put any weight back on this week, weighing in at 16st13lbs down from 19st6lbs this time lasy year.

I was joking about 10yrs and 7yrs old, but you're quite right I do need constant supervision!
I don't know what they throws are called but one was and inside leg throw one was ducking an arm and 'reaching around' the leg to a pick up and slam, hip throw and the last one I had time for more of a trip.
Then I had a quick Judo style spar with Jay Bizzle and ended up using some Catch Wrestling moves I have learned.
