Sat 26/06/10

I ended up going to the gym with my Metrosexual friend.
This was because I had only one person up for normal training which wouldn't cover the cost of rent.
This resulted in my mate saying "since you're in my world today, you can do my workout"

Hence the following:

Incline DB Press

22kg x 20 Warm
30kg x 10
36kg x 5
38kg x 4 (with help, no form)

Chin Up SN Wide Grip

1 SN (faster than neutral grip)
1 SN

and that was it as he talked and moved on very quickly

Hanging knee raises

2 rounds of 15??

again too much talking and moving on quickly

3 rounds PB work, kinda.

3 rounds of kicks on kick shield, kinda.

Pretty f**in gay right?

Wow so I haven't posted much these last couple months, I have been 'ticking' over (exercise) but had a few issues to deal with so IC was the first thing to get dropped.

27/08/10

5 rounds of BW exercises

A. 20 Squats
B. 15 Press Ups
C. 10 Squat Thrusts
D. 5 Burpees

Totalling 100 Squats, 75 Press Ups, 50 Squat Thrusts and 25 Burpees.

I did this as I had no equipment at home and couldn't get to the gym / MA Studio.

I have 2 more Amateur Cage Fights two weeks from today in Birmingham at K Star.
