I've read of it and tried some of his exercises. He's a crap talking scammer and there's no way you'd get anywhere near his size using his exercises. If you're interested in body weight exercises this is a much better site: Scrapper's exercises (http://www.trainforstrength.com/)

What have you got in mind mate? Hernia rehab?
There is only one re-hab for a hernia and thats rest. In the meantime I am going to use some solid compound exercises with **** all weight to get fitter and go back to ninjitsu, though obviously I wont be in all out training as ther will be stuff I can't do. I want to get my jokken shit back though.
Anybody got a link to whatever this is?

Ian, its a bit "body for life", but I wouldn't mind using a few of his stretching and conditioning ideas. He is TOO anti weights though.

HIT monkeys catch monkey AIDS actually. And it ain't no HIT. I do it more than once a month, so its not HIT.
Aslo, its conditioning work. And rest puase. The whole routine is rest pause.
