I'm glad I don't have the eating habits of the general public. I go to the supermarket buy some fruit and veg, cereal, coffee, milk, bit of dairy.
The sweet/cake aisle, beer aisle and freezers don't get a look in. I have the occassional sweet and the odd beer (followed usually by a kebab) but in general I eat a good diet.
Can Joe Public not see that the microwaveable meal and the pudding he's eating every night is full of poor quality ingredients, is overpriced, full of additives and saturated fats.

Whats difficult about cereal for breakfast and meat, fish, salad sandwich for lunch.
Whats difficult about a grilling/steaming a chicken breast, adding some spices to it and having it with rice/noodles or other veg and a bit of salad for dinner?
What's difficult about realising that prepackaged, ready made, frozen junk food is bad for you?

That's the general public for you, they are a complete waste of space.
When I was 15 I set up the AGP (anti general public) party at school... i think there were 3 of us in it :025:

I hate the 'eating too much meat is bad for you' brigade.
Yes a mince pie, chips and peas meal or burger meat is bad for you.
You can't go wrong with a fillet of chicken, lamb or beef.
And these ready made healthy choice meals, is all advertising bxllxcks, can't people see it's advertising b#ll#cks?!?!?.
I'm sure the additives numb your tastebuds, one week of eating healthy fresh food and your taste buds really start to appreciate the sublte flavours of fresh (or as fresh as you can get) .

bunnykilla 'for $*~@ sake!'
it happened, made me laugh
