Tried this stuff last night and i'm quite impressed, kept my hands dry throught the session, even when it looked as though it had worn off and you don't have to apply a lot either and dries in seconds.I don't lift massive numbers so i don't know if the same benefits would be had by those that do but for me it felt like my hands were stuck to the bar. Will know more on thursday when i do some deadlifting, mainly felt the benefits on bent over rowing last night.
It also didn't leave any marks on the equipment or clothes as stated in the blurb.
I don't know how it would compare with normal chalk cos i've not used it but if you go to a gym where chalk is banned then this could be a good alternative if you don't want to get caught wearing gay gloves.

yup ive used it too...

adv's - waaaaaay better 'coverage' of your hands than reg chalk, only have to apply once a session, not messy.

dvd's - about a zillion times more pricey than using a chalk ball.

Well, i have 180kg of plates, and i really don't weant to pull much more than that in my room (i fvcking detest trying to put a deadlift 1rm down gently) so i've decided once i pull that it's gym time, there's a place on the way to work i'm told has a couple power racks and stuff but is still a bit of a fitness place so i doubt they'll appreciate chalk, not looking forward to it but i fear it has to be done until i move somewhere with a garage

I just tried it once in a gym when i was trainig with this guy who used it....so i dont really know.

What i do know is that i have a chalk ball that ive been using for over 6months and its no smaller than when i 1st got it. I imagine the liquid would be finished by now.

Fair comment,it is more expensive than regular chalk but at the moment i've no choice, come Otober tho' i'll be able to do what i want in my own garage
