I made green chicken curry today, bit of green curry paste and some coconut milk added to chicken, green pepper and onion basically. Not too sure if I liked it or not. Probably a bit too mild for me. I'll pop in a green chilli next time.

Tonight was grilled chicken with a bit salad. I think I can manage a chicken and beetrrot sandwich before bed too.

I buy chicken from the local wholesale, 2.5kg of fillet for £10.

The rest of my my diet is pretty cheap, rice, noodels, veg, bread.

No expensive ready made, chemical laden, frozen tv meals for me.

lol its not too bad, was just saying that as ive just eight sausages and a choco brownie :029: sausages were out of date. todays it been 8 pints milk with one scoop whey each erm pasta small packet of mince. tub cottage cheese. 4 apples bowl of porridge can of tuna some eggs. thats bout same for me give or take few things. nevr keep tabs of cals tbh. im not too bothered as long as i feel stuffed :kinky:

lol yeh maybe i am but ive got a frame that can def hold the weight. im 6'2" and 125kg, i could go upto 150kg imo quite easily. all natural of course, with aas involved who knows :047:

Ok. For anyone who has a Morrisons near them, go get some cans of their tuna in olive oil with lemon, pepper and herbs. Its a full-man-size can, so you'll get 35g of protein along with some quality fats.

The game breaker though, is that its got a ring pull lid and tastes bullet so you can nail one in no time.


I just did with a bowl of oats and dried fruit, an apple, a glass of vino and the Sharpe box set.

5. double scoop whey + glucose

I slotted in a few bits of fruit as well. Not 3 bad eh?

So basically I currently have no strengths and a shit-load of weaknesses. My thinking is thus to try and lose a bit of belly as lifting these pissy weights can't take more than one meal's worth of calories. Whilst I'm doing that, I can work on my core and flexibility and getting my squats and pulls up shouldn't be too hard, provided my back and wrist don't get worse. Then, once I'm a bit leaner and my squats and pulls are working again in the new year, I can change my focus back to purely getting stronger.

Breakfast: Pancakes made with 100g ground oats, 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, little sweetner. Spread with low sugar jam or honey

Mid Morning: Shake; 2 scoops whey, 1 banana, tablespoon peanut butter, water

Lunch: Tuna & salad on 2 pittas + fruit

Mid afternoon: shake (1 heaped scoop whey in water), nuts + fruit

Dinner: Chicken/turkey/lean beef with carbs (pasta/rice/potato) + vegs + yogurt

Post workout: shake: 2 scoops whey 1 scoop glucose

Pre bedtime: cottage cheese or whey in milk or chicken breast
