This is bad / good even for me.

2 Tuna burgers (tin of tuna, 2 egg whites, slice of wholemeal bread, onion, chilli powder)
Dollop of cottage Cheese
Slice of Raw Broccoli
Bowl of cereal - shredded wheat, oats, quaker oat puffer things - stuck in the microwave until lushy.

Ha ha I'll suggest she bakes another Vinny - though chocolate caramel shortcake is her real specialty...

Sloth, direct from the horse's mouth (as it were):


Boil 800ml condensed milk still in the tins then leave the tins to simmer for 2 hours then leave them to cool;
Melt 6 tbsps of butter and mix with 150g crushed digestives, 50g chopped + roasted hazelnuts and 50g chopped + roasted almonds;
Push this in the bottom and up sides of a 9" cake tin;
Bake at 180 for 10-12mins then leave to cool;
Slice 4 bananas and drizzle some vanilla essence on then lay on the cooled base;
Spoon out the condensed milk (which is now toffee) over the bananas;
Grate 50g chocolate over the toffee;
Whip 450ml of double cream until it is thick and makes peaks then spoon that on top;
Grate any extra chocolate you fancy on top to decorate;
Chill in the fridge and take out the cake tin when set;
Give to husband to eat after training session!

Tea: two beef steaks and half a pack of brown rice
Pre Bed: maybe more casien or may gorge on cheese & olives.

Sloth's Chinese Chicken Noodles

Cut up chicken (2 breasts) into bite sized chunks, cover with chinese 5 spice and a tbsp of soy sauce.
Fry off chicken, add two handfulls of spinach and a handfull of cashews.
Throw in one portion of noodles and stir fry adding 50ml coconut milk and half a lemons juice.

Gobble Away.

That sounds fookin' awesome!It was, I'd hardly eaten all day, so it was emergency cals when I got home and was waiting for dinner to cook.

I'm working in the Times this week and they have the best ****ing cafeteria ever, it has a grill bar thing where you can get a Nandos esque chicken breast and a pile of rice for 2:50 and a slab of cheesecake for 60p.
