Mate, a mug of tea in the bath with the iPod speaker thing on is awesome.
And besides, it's to warm me up, so I can stretch. I never stretch after exercise as I'm always too f*cked (lazy).
I accept that if stretching out and/or workplace hygiene is less of a priority for you, then a shower (or more simply, extra deodorant) would suffice. :)
Mate, I like my bed too much. I have exactly thirty minutes from the point I get out of bed, until the minute I walk into the office, in which I need to consume >1200 calories, dress, shit, arrange my beard into something a little less resemblant of scrub, and drive to work. Though I confess that workplace hygiene is most definitely not a priority, or even a consideration, of mine, haha.

Large side salad:
baby spinach
2 green chillies
1 avocado
blue cheese dressing
This is a reasonably standard dinner for me these days. I cannot even begin to explain how pleasant it is to be enjoying food again, after years of stuffing my face with whatever shit had the greatest calorific value.
Sounds good but why only 3 sausages?!
6 organic free range eggs
250g organic grass fed beef
1/2 onion
1 courgette
1 red chili
1 orange
1 cup green tea

Solid breakfast.
Solid breakfast.
It was excellent. Happened across an awesome local butcher who does a hefty student discount so I'm rinsing it.

Who? Due to the OU I have a student card again. Or rather 'would' if I could bloody remember to sort one out...
Lunch for me was:
Warm shredded duck salad
Medium rare rump steak with bearnaise sauce, chips etc
2 pints Otter bitter
Chocolate brownie and ice cream dealie.
Huzzah for Harry's!
