Brooks Kubik - Strenght Training Basics Video (http://brookskubik.com/strengthtrainingbasics.html)
This is a great video, esp for beginners. There's no hard sell, no complicated routines, no special equipment needed, his advice is plain, simple full of common sense, just like it is in his Dinosaur Training book.
He talks about..
Best place to train
Best tools for the job
Takes you through a basic 3x week program,
The importance of performing standing rather than seated exercises.
Why he doesn't recommend bench press for beginners
What the best type of food to eat.
It's refreshing to see someone giving out top quality advice that they're not going to make money on. He comes across as a very honest and helpful person.
His videos are pretty expensive, i'd recommend keeping an eye on ebay and seeing if you can a second hand copy from there.
