View Full Version : Rogue equipment

hi all, I am going into buusiness supplying power racks and other equipment ie benchs etc. All are customisable to the individual tastes. A squat rack prototype is currently being made and tested up to 1 ton capacity (there gonna be Rogue proof!) . Each rack is made with 50mmx50mmx5mm thick steel box section. The safety bars have 70mm spaced holes up the support legs with a 30mm bar going through. Each hole is further strenghtened by welding in a tube between the front and back of the box section, which also makes sliding the bars in easier. There is also a chin bar and a dips attachment. I am awaiting a price per unit but can guarantee they are better than shop brought punched steel ones. To keep costs down they will come unpainted for you to finish, or can be painted for a fee. I would also recomend collecting yourself as they will be expensive to ship.

If you are interested please let me know via pm or email <buff>
any custom builds can also be accounted for but will be priced seperately.

if anyone is interested in nail bending I am looking to supply 40 150x6mm "nails" for £8 plus p+p for basic, £10 for intermiediate and £12 super strong.

More info to follow. (bars, weights etc etc) :023:

dont see why not! send me a design and I will see what I can do. Can do pretty much anything really. Got a few final things to iron out but just formalities, hopefully production can start pretty soon.

Not too fusy so long as the bench is of normalish size, strong and not too uncomfortable and the log is of normalish size.

ive put everything i own on rogue, nah im not in comp if he makes em and delivers em for less than me have em off the big man, i make next fuk all on these bars and it is hard to find the time to fetch them and send them, my mate also takes so damn long to make them that is makes me angry

Rogue_zero

as far as Beng bars go, they stay with him, their his puppy and Im not gonna steal his thunder. Same for farmers. I will only have them made if Beng cannot or does not want to continue to supply.

some news, got squat stands and log drawn up, putting a second set of bar rests on the bottom of the squat stands as an added safety feature so if you fail you can at least rack it.

hopefully prices soon!

how about a trapbar?

having a square one made might be a bit easier, esp out of scaffold.

Cheers, no rush mate but i am very keen on a good strong bench if you can do one. It would be very useful if you could do one that will go upright to be used as a chair too. :023:

Thanks

Ok spoke to the guy today and heres the situation.
Rack will cost £300 but will be substantially better than one you'll pay double for (this guy builds bridges and footy stadiums so its gonna last). As soon as one is ordered he will start making it. The first one will be part prototype so will probably take a bit longer to make as its will be the one that all the rest are mastered from.
Logs came out a bit more expensive than planned at £110

squat stands were £85 each.

Hes gonna price up a bench for me (he forgot Id asked him)

Yes there is cheaper but probably not better!
These are buyer collects from Rochester Kent.
There will be a 30% deposit required if anyone wants one with the rest on collection.

Great news.

Is there any chance of seeing any pics of the design first before I order. Just so you know, these are the racks I was thinking of to compare yours to:

Rogue_zero

this is the one I gave as template to price up on
http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/store/product.asp?dept%5Fid=10&pf%5Fid=PowerTec%5FPower%5FRack
but will be substantially stronger.

jonnymills
19-07-2005, 19:16
If you're saying it'll be like that one but a lot more sturdy I'm definitely interested. How long do you expect it to take?

Rogue_zero
19-07-2005, 19:24
I will ask him, when you looking at wanting it by?

jonnymills
19-07-2005, 19:44
Well I'm off school until the end of August, so if I could pick it up myself (I live in Bolton) before then that would be ideal.
