I've been on a 3 day push/pull/legs routine for the past 4-5 months

lately because of time restrictions I seem to be missing a workout about every other week

I am thinking of changing to a 2 day split

squat
bench
romanian deadlift
db rows

deadlift
military press
chins
dips

thoughts on this?

secondly my squats have stalled for the pst 2 months. If I increase the weight I seem to goodmorning it. I am thinking of changing to front squats to get the focus on my quads and away from my ass. Will that help?

i'd swap db rows for the barbell version.

also i'd leave out the romanian deads. and probably do goodmornings instead. or failing that i'd do OHS.

i'd leave day 2 as it is.

if you're finding that you're goodmorninging the squat maybe its a form issue.
what style is your squatting?
drive your head/neck back into the bar, push the bar up with your hands on the ascent.

oh yeh - i wouldnt change to front squats. i'd either work on my form or do full squats (if you're doing wide squats that is)

i'm doing wide squats and i'm sure your right about it being a form issue.
if i drop 10 lbs my form is good (from what i can tell) but i feel i can handle more weight. as soon as i up the lbs i get stuck

have you got the bar low enough on your back? Having it too high can make you lean forward too

hmm ... hadn't thought of that. Think I'll start new routine tonight. I'll stick with back squats for now. not sure if I'l do romanian deads or goodmornigs as the block suggested. Havn't done a GM in ages - my form will need some work I'm sure
