I just cooked Tuna and Cauliflower Cheese, it was quite nice :023:
tin o tuna
1/2 cauli
handful of grated cheese
sauce
10-15grams flour
200 ml of milk
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
boil the cauli as usual and drain the tuna.
make up the sauce by putting the flour into a bowl and gradually whisking the milk into it, when it all mixed pop it into a pan and heat gently stirring continously, bring to boil, then lower for a bit till it thickens.
add the mustard, tuna, some of the cheese (keep a little back for sprinkling ontop later) and finally the cooked cauli.
then pour the lot into a shallow bowl, top off with the remainder cheese and pop under the grill to until toasted and golden,
add salt and/or pepper to taste.
that lot makes two bowls.
