Hey sup, some people will know me from MT, such as Knighty, Pikeking, and Angel Delight. Just wondering what people thought of this routine as a mass/strength routine?

Monday
Wide grip pullups-5x3
Incline DB Press-3x3
Triceps Pushdown-3x3
Decline Situps-3x3

Tuesday
Squat w/u to a 3RM
RDL-3x8

Thursday
DB Bench-10x3
Cable Row-3x8
Thick bar curls-2x8

Friday
Deadlift w/u to a 1RM
GHR-3x max
Standing calf raise-3x3
hanging leg raises-3x5

Rip apart as you like, lol

the routine was different mate, but the idea was to alternate, between very low volume and what would considered a hypertrophy range, being extremely fast twitch dominant, was orginally looking to do a mass routine you had made, but couldnt find it.

no worries anymore just decided to do westside for skinny bastards a tried and tested routine,( and yes i know knighty consistency, i have been consistant with all the waterbury routines, just not this time around)

ice_mach, why not give the MuscleM4n 4 day split incorporating DC principles a try? :023:

I know absolutely nothing about westside, but like you say, it is tried and tested, which is half the battle already. Give it your best shot matey!

LOL, he's a nob at times.yeh for sure mate, its all set out so there's not much thinking for a lame brain like me, plus i did it for quite a while, so if it aint broke why fix it y'know? Mind you DC incorporates quite a lot of westside principles.
