i swear all this benching with that bar is making my bones grow. never i my life have i lost loads of weight, and in a matter of weeks using exclusivly that bar i have put about .25" on my WRIST. i can't get my watch on properly, i have to wear it like them gay-unit ****ers with it dangling off my hand.

anyhoo, i have managed to lose weight and put size on my forarms. if you want this shit too, then buy one of his bars

Not really as my builder wasnt reliable and it was becoming a pain, i may see if i get enough orders to make a batch or something to help things along

£49 for a 2" thick bar thats 2m long and for oly plates, nothing else on offer now cos its really hard to make my mate build anything a lil bit odd. bargin

so 2 definates and one maybe, that would make it worth while methinks, price as said, pm for details of where to send cheque and please be patient as i doubt i will get them made and sent before xmas as main director is over for a few weeks and doesent know i do these things on the side using his couriers so i get good rates
