SO guys pre workout nutritions wise what would you reccomend??

i'm not expert in this area but I would say something like 20-30g whey + 50g simple carbs

as mcuh simple carbs as possible, you'll use em all. and some whey, but onyl if you can stomach it in water.

500ml powerade 20mins preWO and 500ml during is plenty.
