I try and work out 3 times a week, with one session consisting of just front squats. I am thinking i could hange this to powerclen to front squat then reset the weight and go again, i really like power cleans and am missing them, i may have to lower the weight of my front squats to allow for the power clean though, i will still back squat at full load though. Thoughts?

Day1
Powerclean
Front squat
Day2
Whatever
Day3
Back squat

Ok forget day 1 and 3 but day 2 is front squat day, I want to do powerclean the weight up then front squat it then reset the weight and repeat

I dont see the point personally. If your clean max is close to your front squat max then it could work. I would do one then the other.

how about actually doing cleans of the non power variety and squatting right down

if u can power clean the bar then then front squat it then why not?

I will try but i am concerned about space in the rack, i have never learnt propper cleans either so i will have to be carefull to get the form right, Any tips me old mukka
