Whats a good gripper to start off with, 100? or 150?
I'm an ecto with small wrists and forearms so i'm expecting 100 will be a good bet?

buy a thick bar imo :) Coc 1 would be a good starter gripper

Just bought a couple from ebay

not being funny but if you want to piss about, gripper sare fine. if on the other hand your interested in actaull getting ****ing strong, get a thick bar

Im quite happy to piss about with grippers for now :045:
I don't doubt thick bar work and will one to my tools, just not right now.

They've just arrived are in great nick. I'm surprised can shut the 150 with right and left, will rep with them after a workout.
