I go for peanuts cos theyre cheap, dont worry about the salt on them cos the rest of diet is pretty good and healthy anyways.
if you're bulking go for chocolate covered peanuts, mmm. Served best sprinkled over a bowl of vanilla ice-cream, mmm ice-cream lol

You can get these in any Tesco's and they cost about the same or less as standard nuts.
Veganlifter should be telling you all this.
eat all kinds of nuts.
saying that, they all contain chemicals that produce hyrdogen cyanide in your stomach. hence why my consumption levels have dropped for up to half a kilo a day, to about 200g at most.
Almonds mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
almonds = purest form of cyanaide known to our food chain
Mmmm, thats interesting about the cyanide thing.I was eating about 75g mixed nuts a day but started getting severe stomach aches and twice actually threw up.I don't have mixed nuts anymore and i'm not willing to go thro' each type individually to find out which one is causing the problem

Haha respect if you did, i think i have the constitution of a sewage system, i used to eat raw sausage meat mmmmmmmmm the days
keep your bedroom antics to yourself fudge nudger ;)
"Hydrogen" cynaide! Is this a poison? sodium and chlorine are, but sodium-chloride isn't (unless you eat loads).
