Thai boxing. Running gives me shin splints and I've not been in a pool for about ten years.

Used to be mountain biking, dont do that now.
I hardly do any cardio now as I really dislike it.
I walk everywhere but that doesnt really count.

But if you didnt do it you would notice a increase in fat definaltey, since i got the dogs and began walking more i am down a notch on my belt so htats like a 1" reduction
Running, if I have to do it...

swimming is ok but i really like to go 'hiking' - well basically walking in this local place where there are lots of little hills, a spring and ponies and stuff. very refreshing

Indoor rowing. Just bought a rower to get my fitness levels up.
My first 20 min session on Friday was a killer, i literally rolled of the seat onto the floor.
Any find the heart monitor/watches useful?

Alll my cardio comes from work at the mo, it does quite well for me to be honest. Nice to be paid to do the part of training you dislike most! I am considering taking up sprinting though as i will be moving quite near a stadium soonish.

If I ever do any it's normally Sledgehammering.. Although that's GPP really, closest thing to cardio I do though...apart from sex.. :025:
Anyone else tried it..?

i think the main reason i got into lifting is because i hate cardio so much. to me its intensely boring, i'd rather be a fat git.

Obviously not doing the right forms of cardio!
A good Kick-Boxing session would be my favoured cardio.
But I also enjoy snow boarding although I only go once a year but the weight does drop off lol!!!!!!!!!

Running, love it :P
Rough sex would be nice, but i don't think i can get it 3-4 times per week, 30 mins a pop. More like 30 seconds, lol.
