Was just intending to do some recovery workout stuff in my garden. Powerclean and walk (with bar in front squat position), used 50 and was easy as ****. Then threw 80 on and did the same but this time decided to try and OHP it. And it just happend. So I walked 50m with that too.
Thick bar OHP 80kg. Thats better than my ****ing bench ATM.
