um.... use the same exercises that you have planned, do a few weeks of 3x8-10 ish reps first before you crank up the weight for 5x5
Good idea mate, I'll do 4 weeks of 3x8-10 to get me sorted out.
Was gunna train yesterday but I went out for my mates 27th birthday and got steaming. Not good since me+women+drink don't mix! Spent whole night talking to ex girlfriend infront of her new boyfriend and then my mate who's birthday it was said to her boyfriend "You wanna watch Matt with your missus mate" as a joke, but he didn't take it that way. Then the ex told me to ring her today at 12, cos she still wants me! Then rang a girl who I don't like but is a mates sister and told her I loved her and she said she loved me back, so now am in shit there as I don't know what to do!
I have decided to stop drinking.
Sounds like something you'd real in Dear Jane in the Sun!
Grade A dipshit.
Love you too mate!
Just get really really pissed. It'll all sort itself out that way :045:
its dear diedre :016:

i had about 2 or 2.5 months off recently. 2 weeks of 3x8 sort of stuff and youll be gagging for the low reps. 2 weeks were enough for me and i felt ready although i still am using a mix of reps at the moment.

You prat. For the benefit of anyone reading this, Delboy is my best mate in 'real life', and therefore, naturally, I've seen him do some very stupid things, usually fuelled by lager or just general reckless abandon. However, having seen his mate's sister, ringing her and telling her he loved her has to be up there as one of the stupidest :D

I'll be back moving some serious weights soon!
That's it mate, nice and easy and you'll be back to where you want to be in no time.

Good wrokout, so weak but still enjoyed it. Triceps are unbelievably full of blood at the moment. Thoat still giving jip, but not as much, just choked on some Tuna! Added Lateral Raises for fun, nothing too strenuous with them.
Enjoying being back, I'll be a huge strong mofo within no time! Now scoffing 400g of tuna post-workout!
Just sicked up 400g of tuna and a pro-flapjack bar, think I mixed the tuna with too much vinegar!
Time to drink some milk to get sum protein back in!
:078: Can't believe you wasted all that protein! You big Jesse.

Yeah i take it to work in a flask and take some bread with me i have a cup about 11 and one around 1pm tasty!
Yeah, I'm with BengDogg on this one - a tin of tuna mixed in with a veg soup is grand, and the tuna falls apart in it so it's hidden quite well.
