They rock. They're big, they're strong, they're thick and by god, they're ugly - A product that puts function so far above form and at bugger all cost (£45 methinks) has got to be worth looking at.

Useful for turning you into a big, thick, solid and damn strong mofo with a grip like a pair of steel talons.

Buy them, you shrubs...

Over the summer I have no oly bar. So absolutely every exercise I do will be thick bar.

Cheers guys, i forgot rob has the original mine was no 2 cos rob wanted his so bad, i nearly sent sog my current bar as i was having A delay getting them made., they sre are ugly but tbh that so are the people that use em :)

Hehe... Fair enough.

It's not a problem either, although I think KMP would prefer it if they were pink.

The bar is fantastic, the dumbells look fantastic though i have yet to toy with them, i need some collars first! Then it will be farmers walk up and down my garden!!!! :026:

Ok good news all you standard plate lovers out there! My mate is willing to make 2" dbs and bbs that fit standard plates, these cost £55 for some db's and £65 for the bb's can also do inch dumbbell trainers for standard plates, expect about 28 days turn around on these as they require more work and materials, also they will weigh more hence the increased price to cover etra labour,postage and materials, prices include delivery, if you collect i am in the midlands i knock that off but your not looking at saving much as thats the cheapest part £10 or so so youd have to be pretty local to justify car running costs, plus youd have to meet me in person :046:

I have the 2" bar and a 2.5" RT replica which is nearly as heavy as the bloody bar!
