Can't be arsed with a routine. Just doing random shit every whenever for now, until I get my IM nails in the post.

I like this kind of instinctive, raw, unadulterated rage type training. It rules. I will do a little bit of something every day, unless I don't fancy it, in which case I wont do anything.
Did about 3hrs of garden work today and about 2hrs of painting. So that my cardio for the month :045:

Weight down to 185 so obviously not happy. Getting too many comments along the lines of 'Hi, Rob. Have you lost weight? You look different, smaller?' So I am force feeding myself as of today, with a slightly more scientific approach than I usually take.
So I plan to bloat out for a week-10 days. Get my glycogen stores back up to absolute bursting point, then really really eat lots of protien whilst not going above 3700kcals/day until I am considerably larger.
Hernia feels great so training is maybe a little more productive.
Bloat. Day 1.
Weight: 185lbs.
1. 0.5ltr apple juice. Coffee. 2x cheese sandwiches. Multi vit. 0.5ltr water.
2. 0.5ltr water. 2x bananas.
3. Bowl of all bran. 0.5ltr water.
4. Lasange. 0.5ltr water.

Reverse Curl + Front squat - 40x10x2-3*

*Not even close to failure obviously. Stopped the set as soon as became taxing.

Hmmm. ate more yesterday than I have the entire last week and still managed to lose weight.

4. TBH I didn;t eat much more that day. I am gay.

It means my wrists are severly, chronicly, hurting and I have decided to not do any grip work today and instead try something new. I.e. Curling, no where near failure, throughout the day. Completing maybe 20-30 sets of 5 reps. i plan to do this all month.

So that looks a little extreme. Its because its split up throughout the day..
