do you guys take it and have you noticed any gains?
ive been using it for about 6months havent really noticed anything.
but my bro does mma and uses it he swears by it?

have got some in waiting but not used it yet. i tried it approx. 2 years ago and it worked a treat. then the next time it didnt. i,m gonna milk whatever gains i can get (had 2 months off so gains should be quick) and then give it a go.

do you drink enough water? you could also use it with glucose for much better uptake. or maybe you are a non-responder.

non-responder yeah that sounds about right.
me and my mate also tryed liquid creatine it was a total waste of money
all it made use do was sweat.
just standing up you could see sweat on our forheads :confused:
so stopped useing it

No wonder if it was creatine serum, try a decent creapure monohydrate powder. There is no creatine in creatine serum! Creatine in liquids breaks down into creatininine (a useless waste product) very quickly.

do you think it matters when you take it?
i take mineright after training on training days with my mega gainer
but just with water on off days.

1. YES, 1st thing in the AM and stright after training work for me
2. WHY? For gods sakes take it with at least 30g glucose or it wont work! Well, not in my experience anyway.

I found that creatine mono worked best taken first thing in the morning in fruit juice, though tbh it still didn't do a great deal for me even when my guts could take it. I've used a couple of tricreatine supps instead like V12 and they were SOOOO much better. Big, fast strength and mass gains as I was recovering quickly enough to train pretty much every day, no crappy loading phase to waste all your supp and I didn't feel hideously thirsty all day.
