Could be better, but as you find it difficult to bulk it's fine.

Rice pudding (depends on how you make it though)
Chicken drum sticks are crap
Too much whey/bars for my liking.

You should keep it if it works, no point going ultra strict if you dont need to.

I don't make it- I'm lazy! All it is is rice, knob of butter, loadsa milk, sugar & nutmeg.

Chicken drum sticks are crap).

:043: ...they're delicous, and they're protein....and thy're 35p each!

Too much whey/bars for my liking.

Too much for my liking also, but whey is cheaper than buying shit loadsa food. I eat the protein bars as i'm very busy (not totday, it's my day off!).

People give me wierd looks at work as I'm constantly eating. After the luch washed down with a litre of milk i'm very bloated and sometimes feel sick!

THe Milks paying of Robert!...Whole milk all the way :030: !

I like drum sticks but they are processed and have too much fat. Like I said before, keep it if it works.

Rage

Will do mate. I really don't mind about the fat- i'm bulking and find it hard to put fat on anyway! Chicken drumsticks aren't processed meat btw mate :017: !

A lot are processed and the crumb definately is. Lot's of preservatives/flavourings too.

Rage

It doesn't have 'crumb'! And itis not processed because it is still on the bone! It is just marinated in a sauce (with lots of flavourings & additives :016: )
