Re-hab and grip and bollocks like that. Just for my own reference more than anything. I would prefer to try and keep this as discussion/banter free as possible though. It pisses me of having to trawl back through 10 pages just to see what I did last week. Thanks.

Good on you mate.
I'm still crocked and feel really shit, actually getting worse but hopefully will be on the mend in a few weeks when I get my endoscopy.
Hope training goes well.

Will be doing some synaptic facillitation stuff with grippers tomorrow.

EDIT: Plate pinching hurts me. Grippers don't. Grippers it is.

New goal: 1x100 with CoC#1. Got 19 today. Bring it.

Do you have a #2 and #3?

Robert
10-03-2005, 12:34
I own two #2's. But have misplaced both. :(

I haven't used the #3.

I can lend you one for your re-hab if your interested.

Robert

Thats a very kind offer, Neil. Many thanks.

I have a couple of crazy goals in mind right now and as such don't really need it. But thanks none the less.

Goals (long term):
100reps with CoC#1
100reps with 100kg. Deadlift. Double overhand.
1600lb RAW total.
1000lb static hold.
240lbs bodyweight and lean.
Own (as in close, not just buy) the CoC#3.

As you can see, not many of them require things I haven't got.

Again, your offer is much appreciated.

It's good to see you are remaining positive and the injury period will fly by as long as you keep remain this way and be strong

Hold your head high mate, you're far from done yet!

Robert

where you go walking? easy gripper is the CoC trainer?

Robert
11-03-2005, 15:04
Walking outside.

'Easy gripper' is some shitty argos one. The thing stopping me getting more reps with the CoC#1 is the burn/pump so I am trying to generate some tolerance to that. Will only be using the CoC#1 2xWeek for pure strength-endurance. The rest of the time it will be the 'easy gripper' until I can get 2x100 with it.

Dimel Row - 30xA few

WTF is that?

and WTF are you doing doing it?

Robert
14-03-2005, 13:51
Its a row where the bar is rested on the floor every rep.

I am doing it because it doesn't aggrevate my injury and my weight is down again today. I don't want to go back to having 15" arms. I want 17" arms.

Also, I did like 12 reps or something with 30kg. About 25% my BB row 1RM.

Robert
14-03-2005, 13:57
I may have that confused with pendlay rows actually.

Good that it's not aggravating your injury, maybe you could do chest supported rows too?

Robert
14-03-2005, 14:11
Nothing to do them with. I canceled my gym membership as soon as I got the hernia. Now I train at home with some old York BB shite. The bar is still bent from the last time I deadlifted on it.... LOL.

Fred

Good to see you trying Rob, i'm sure it doesn't need saying, but be careful tho...
