Never bought whey in bulk before - but while snooping around on ebay I found aviform are doing unflavoured wpc80 at £65 for 9 kilos with free delivery - although I paid the extra £2 for Next Day - and it was delivered first thing this morning (ordered yesterday)
Thats pretty good I thought ! comes in 3 x 3k tubs - tastes of pretty much nothing and mixes easily

Should last a few weeks at least !

Thanks for that - I was going to start bulk-buying my whey soon. I was gonna go through WheyConsortium, but this lot might be worth a look.

It does say it is a time limited offer I'm afraid - but looking at their site they have pretty good prices anyway
The one that caught my eye was 3k for £30 - as this is midway between your average retail tub and a bulk deal from whey consortium etc - apart from this offer, I don't think Whey Constortium can be beat for bulk orders normally

Times are hard and all that :boohoo:

I have £30 spare more often that I have £50 to spend on protein ( get yourself a wife & three kids and you'll soon understand )

Good info, cheers Matt. I was just about to order some Whey from MoF. I'll give Aviform a try.

matt, do you flavour your whey, and what can you/do you mix it with. The next timei buy whey i want it to mix nicely with water. Reflex Instant Whey turned into a "concrete" (balieys and lime - balieys curldes and looks and tastes like vomit) when mixed with water and was too sickly when mixed with milk.

Any suggestions for easy mixing* water whey, preferably flavoured whey? *As in, with a shaker, not a blender.

Nesquick/Crusha syrup for added carbs.

Cake flavouring (the little bottles in the baking area anyway) and splenda for carb-free.

That's how I do it. Also with milk oats and honey for breakfast.

well to be honest I bought some crusha - as I saw a post over on MT about it (aviforms wpc80) tasting foul with water
But to me it tastes neutral - I mix it with water - it tastes like water ! mix with milk and it tastes like milk & so on

There is a very mild after taste but it is very faint and by no means unpleasant
I am just going to drink it with milk or water and no flavourings

Rather than take my word for it - they offer free samples (I think)

I think I answered a different question now I read it again.

However, unflavoured micronised stuff and the flavourings above will mix in a shaker easily, also I thought the reflex stuff did.

Reflex is too watery if you use the recommended water/milk. I thought it tasted good.

I'm working my ''whey'' through 15kg of the stuff from WheyConsortium (£95).

I just drink the stuff straight- tastes rough but nicer than the vanilla flavour i was using... that was too sweet!

Robert- get yourself an electric whisk and use that! :)

You thought wrong old man. I just tried it again in 4 differing concentrations, still tasted dire. :013:

Some people have no taste...

Which flavour do you use?

Yeah, strange that Robert, I have had no problems mixing with Reflex Instant Whey before, maybe you had a dodgy batch?
Like Mike said which flavour/s were you using?
