You making your own soups? Add some different types of beans and blend it up to make it thicker. I've got a great recipe for carrot and coriander soup, i'll have a look for it.

Carrot and Coriander
3 pounds of carrots cut into ten pence bits
1 large onion
1 large parsnip
1 dessert spoon of butter
1 large bunch of fresh coriander
3 pints of chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a pan and add onion, carrots, parsnip and fry gently for 5 mins. Add the stock and leave to simmer until the carrots are soft.
Roughly chop coriander and add to pan
Cook for a further 2 mins
Blend soup either rough or smooth depending on your personal taste.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Back in the day I used to eat my tuna straight out of the tin. People at college used to call me a tramp and cat boy. I now eat it in sandwich form and in a metro-style pot. But I still get called cat boy :023:

it would be a good idea to have a list of things that you have with tuna, eggs, chicken etc, nothing too complicated. quick easy meals
tuna, mayo, yoghurt and onion.
egg, prawn, lettuce sandwhich
tuna, baked beans, grated cheese
scrambled eggs and cottage cheese
etc etc
yeah, i would definately find that beneficial.

Tuna's good if you mix it with malt vinegar but make sure you buy the tuna in spring water because it doesn't have the fishy taste that tuna in brine has. Sainsbury's home brand tuna is the best and Morrisson's has the worst taste.

Are you sure they don't mean pussy?
Well I'm not often witty so on these special occassions I like to make it worth the wait.
