Any changes needed to this bulking diet?

9am - porridge
1 cup of tea
scrambled eggs on 2 slices of toast

11am 1 pint of full fat milk, jacket potatoe with lots of cheese butter and omellette (2 eggs, ) + tuna + pint of whey

1pm 1 pint of full fat milk and banana, 2 chicken breast and rice

4pm 1 pint of full fat milk, banana and ....................need something else here

8pm whatever mother cooks, normally v. healthy, meat and vegitibals

10.30 rice pudding
protein shake with pint of full fat milk

Stop drinking the full fat milk unless you wanna become fatter than the girl who couldn't get up, same with the butter. Get some more oatmeal down ya. Vary your fruit intake more, just eating bananas seems... questionable a2a Eat more healthy fats from such sources as nuts (best are almonds & walnuts IMO), flax oil, oily fish. Alternatively (if you are a pu33y) get some omega capsules. Before bed eat a big ass tub of cottage cheese for slow releasing protein, and you might want to stop drinking the milk before bed if you don't want to get up in the night and interrupt the all important process known as "sleep".
