just cod liver oil me, but then i know fcuk all about supplements. I think cod liver oil has been scientifically proven though....
Yeah, just high strength cod liver oil for me too. I think I will use Glucosamine aswell in later life when my joints are a little older... :086:

is the cod liver thingie just for EFA's? In that case, i just keep my nut and seed intake high, things like different nuts, cashew, almond, brazil etc, and then pumpkin seeds. I also use flax seed oil, or ground up flax seeds sometimes for omega 3.
MSM apparently work for joints as well, luckily i've never really had a problem (knock wood!).

Codliver oil and glucosamine. I don't get as much minor joint injuries since I've started taking glucosamine.
