How about it, a recipe thread. We're probably all sick of eating the same stuff, there must loads of little tips to spice up tuna or scrambled eggs.

I find scrambled eggs too plain so i add some cottage cheese, makes them nice and creamy and easy to eat.

Egg and prawn sandwhiches are nice too.

'carb options' bbq sauce is good for tuna as its low calorie and actually nice, so you won't get much shit calories wether cutting or bulking up

Tuna, baked beans (Value ones have no sugar in) and chilli powder mixed up and dolloped on a jacket spud. Grand.

Tuna, tomato puree, cumin, coriander, sultanas chucked in a frying pan for a minute or so with some cooked rice. Add veg like onions or peppers if you can be bothered. Ends up like a sort of tuna curry risotto thing, really easy.

Tuna, chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, chopped chillis/chilli powder, peppers and onions if you've got time and gravy granules (trust me) all heated up in a pan. Good with pasta, rice or by itself.

Tuna, spring onions, sweetcorn, tomato puree, ground ginger, garlic granules, cayenne/chilli powder and a little bit of honey chucked in a wok/frying pan with cooked rice for a couple of minutes. Turns out like a chinese sweet and sour risotto thing.

can of tuna and mullerlight (choice of flavour) sounds more minging than that fat bird who does Youve Been Framed but you cant actually taste the tuna and it makes it nice and moist.

Tuna and pasta bake,

3 or 4 tins of tuna, cream of mushroom soup, wholemeal pasta, low fat cheese.

Heat the soup untill it goes creamy, while boiling the pasta untill soft.
Drain the pasta and whack it in a big bowl, then add the soup and cans of drained tuna and mix it all up.

Put all of this into a big dish and flatten it down, then grate lots of low fat cheese on top and stick in the oven untill golden brown.

DELICIOUS, i take it to work with me and eat a quarter every 2-3 or so hours, i have a microwave!

Lots of carbs and protein and its really nice, stinks the office out though but who cares! :106:
