Hello,
I've currently been following a routine for 8 weeks supplied by PikeKing himself, being an amatuer i had to add alittle of my own; as we all want to do more than were told.

Tricep kick back 8 x 15/17.5/17.5
Shoulder front raise 8 x 15/17.5/17.5

If you're weight's not going up, eat more. You've got all the major lifts in your routine; probably a few more isolation exercises than you need but they won't do any harm. Just eat more!

how long has your back been killing, if its been a while, stop ****ing about and get yourself checked out. Stop all exercises involving the lower back. Squats, GMs, Deadlifts etc..
