I think I'll try a wee deadlifting routine for a few weeks ofter my squat cycle to give my elbows some rest as they were both aching tonight. I'd like a four week routine that'll max out in the fourth week but I'm not sure of what percentages and reps to use leading up to that week. Here's a rough plan of what I've got in mind:
Mon-
Sumo deadlift
Pullthrough
Hanging pike 3x5
Wed-
ATG Front squats
Glute-ham raise
Static holds
Fri-
Conventional deadlift
Rumanian deadlift
1 Handed farmers walk 3(6)
I don't want to do back squats or GM's as I think they're aggravating my elbows. Any suggestions?
