Meal 1 - 9:30 AM
whey 60g
fishoil
oats 40g

Meal 2 - 12:30 PM
1 chicken breast
2 slices wholemeal bread
salad/vegetables

Meal 3 - 3:30 PM
tuna
low fat yogurt 100g
jacket potatoe 250g
salad/vegetables

Meal 4 - 6:00 PM
whey 30g
oats 40g

Meal 5 - 7:00 PM
1 chicken breast
fishoil
salad/vegetables

Meal 6 - 9:30 PM
cottage cheese with pineapple 250g

1800cal 35f 150c 240p

how's that look? i know it ain't much bit i'm trying to get rid of my fat once and for all

The important thing is that you consume protein every three hours with complex carbohydrates alongside them but in small portions, include essential fatty acids, consume at least five portions of fruit or vegetables a day, and vary your food sources daily

Why's this so important Knighty? Not arguing, just curious. I eat the same things more or less every day :012:

Im guessing just 'cos some foods have vits/mins others dont??? :confused:
