I like to train on the weekend. I currently train 4 days a week. I think up until late June (freedom time ;) ) I shall train 3 days a week. I'm not going to be as focussed on powerlifting as I currently am, so any gains I will treat as a bonus.

While I admit that the actual "training" only takes about an hour, to go to the gym etc. takes me quite a while longer. Here is how a typical gym day would go:

14:20 Arrive home from college after 15 minute walk
14:30 Prepare food
14:45 Eat food
15:00 - 15:30 Get changed, prepare post workout shakes, do my hair, think about the session at hand
16:00 Arrive at the gym
17:10 Finish workout, slurp P/WO Shake
17:25 Arrive home after 15 minute walk
17:30 Consume second Post Workout Shake
18:00 Eat meal
18:15 Tired as fcuk, mess around on computer
20:00 Eat cottage cheese and nuts. Lay out breakfast, pack bag, brush teeth
21:00 Go to sleep
06:25 Wake up for another day

BARBELL BENCH PRESS (KG)
40 X ? (Warm Up)
50 X 3
60 X 3
62.5 X 3 X 3
65 X 3 X 3
67.5 X 3

BENT OVER BARBELL ROWS (KG)
50 X 5
60 X 5 X 5

PLATE SIDE RAISES
20 X 8 X 3 (Each Side)

Comments: Excellent workout, I have now realised some of the secrets to the bench press. My bench will now shoot up like my penis will when Mary Kate & Ashley call me up for that threesome (any minute now :031: ) .

Not entirely sure whether I actually managed the 67.5kg. The reason was that although every set apart from the final one was done without a spotter, on the last set I had a spotter. He was a bodybuilder :012: , and all the "experienced" bbers keep telling me not to lock out the bench. I always do when kickin it on my own, but I didn't realise that this guy was gonna place his hands so that my lockout would be obstructed. So I did not lock out the 67.5kg, therefore I will not count it as a new PB. But I have conquered 65kg, so that 67.5 is gonna die next week.

The rows were OK, my grip was good, hoperfully I'll be able to move more weight next week. I did plate side raises (for the obliques) today and I found that my form was better with these than with dumbells. Although the 20kg plate I was using wasn't very challenging, so I will soon change back to the old "unable-to-speak-ring-a-dings".

Dont you tell your spotting hommies not to dare touch the weight unless the bar grinds to a halt.

Dont you tell your spotting hommies not to dare touch the weight unless the bar grinds to a halt. Hommies? Is that some sort of cross between Pommies and homies?

Anyway... I made it perfectly clear that I didn't want him to touch the bar unless I was clearly in trouble. He said that he wouldn't and that there was no need to worry. That's the second dude that has broked his word to me today. Some dude from my college was gonna install an additional hard drive for me today but he ran off :011:
