Does anyone know if there are still any supplements you can buy in this country with ephedra in them?

Thats not ephedra, its ephedrine and i think you would be hard pressed to get it from a chemist now. You can still get it online though, run a search on google.

Alternatively if you want some with ephedra in it, go to www.tmof.com, they do a product called Thermogenesis which is very good in my experience

why would it be hard to get it? i walked into a chemist when i was 17 and said it was for my mother and they gave me it :043:

Thermogensis is very powerfull too, be carefull with dosage

I assumed he was looking for ephedra containing products, as they are usually part of a eph,caff+asp stack already, whereas with ephedrine you add the caff etc yourself. But yeah for all intensive purposes both types are similar.

As far I have been made aware, it is very rare in chemists now.

Yes Bengdogg, it is pretty strong, should have mentioned that in my post. It was quite effective but when I used it, it ****ed up my sleep patterns and gave me big time energy crashes dispite careful tapering up etc

That stuff is strong. Good value.
