Just bought these to munch on whilst I'm out of action to keep protein intake high (can't each much cos of pain). I gotta say, what a find! They are great, easy to take anywhere and tasty.

Nutritional info (75g bar):
Calories: 279
Protein 19g
Carbs: 35g (5g sugars)
Fats: 7g (3g saturated)
Fibre: 2.6g

So are quite good, yeah I know they're processed but are useful to keep in the car or on you when you might not have access to decent food.

Bought them from monstersupplements.com, the best supplement selling site I've found, cheap prices and free next-day delivery. £20 delivered for 24, so very reasonable compared to other bars on the market. Have tried quite a few other bars and these taste the best. I got chocolate orange and they actually do taste good to my surprise.

Made out of oats and a protein blend (whey protein, 2 casienates and collagen) and a few other things so doesn't appear to be too full of crap. Although does contain Aspartame, as I know some people try not too consume this.

If your looking to buy any bars in the future or are in need of convinient nutrition occasionally, having a box of these bars imo is definatly the answer.

Comparable price to a mrp and more filling so not a bad deal imo

I have used these in the past, and they are quite good IMO, tasty and reasonably priced. Think they are cheaper at www.1getfit.com though...
