help? ;)
3 days a week. I've tried setting something out, but I end up getting frustrated and cracking the shits.
Cheers,

What are you looking for in your routine?
I was thinking along the lines of something like:
Day 1
Squat - 3x3 (not sure what kind, think I want to get a big Oly. squat)
SLDL - 3x5
OH Squat - 3x5
Calf work
Day 2
Bottom Position Bench - 3x3
Push Press - 3x5
Dips - 3x5
RC work
Day 3
Deadlift - 8x1
BB Rows - 3x5
Pullups - 3x5
Grip work
What are you looking for in your routine?
I'm not really sure TBH. :012:
Very unmotivated ATM. Hopefully a couple of weeks of forced non-training will fix that.

Looks like a sound enough strength routine. Some folks would like the push press and overhead squat to come first. When you arrive here the monsoon season will keep you indoors so you'll probably look forward to getting to the gym.
Yeah, probably would swap push press with bench.
I was thinking OH squats for the core, so I'd try to keep them after squats. Not sure if it'll work or not though.
Looks fine,
I would drop over head squat altogether, maybe add another pc exercies.
I find core work dull and was thinking about dropping situps+sidebends for OH squats+sidebends
is that a bad idea?
ps sorry to hijack your thread

Dull? How?
I wouldn't mind dropping them if it was me as I do fine without direct core work, but you're a different story. You should keep something in there.
I may move direct core work to one of my GPP days then.
I find it dull when I have just completed 7 sets of squats + 4 sets of SLDL's.

Moving exercises around depends on your whole routine.
I read the second part of your quote as: "I do 7 sets of squats and 4 sets SLDL's and I'm too much of a pussy to do anything else because I am so sh1t".
Suck it up Fred.

Core work will help prevent you injuring your back and get your squats and deadlifts up.

I wasn't suggesting dropping it altogether :)
I was just trying to explore the possibilities and doing it without being called a pussy would be nice for once.

Yeah, ignoring is way better then debating with me.
I've explained my reasonings via pm to which you had no decent response to.
You won't need to ignore me as I wont bother.
Edit: apologise to DMPM for ****ing up the thread.
