My mum just asked me worriedly if I took creatine or ephedrine... why? because in the sun newspaper it has an article on that bodybuilder guy who shot dead a cop

basically he took creatine and eph during his career and to quote 'creatine and ephedrine can both give adverse psychological effects' and some other crap saying creatine will make you strong and eph will make you mad so basically you will be a raging monster as soon as you take it!!!

There some truth that. I use creatine for about 2 monthes and became madder than normal. Hadded to come off it because of mood swings I was have were starting causeing problemes.

I knew the eph can cause problems.

However I still think they were going completely over the top, putting the fact that he killed someone down to supps.

Yeah eph does seem to enhance aggression a bit but your right ssaying they went ott, at the end of the day the guy was a killer with or without the drugs imo, i like to think im a nice guy and i still am when on certain supps such as eph

i saw on TV that Charles Manson wrote one of the Beach Boys songs and even lived with one.

He didnt like the way they performed the song he wrote, killed a local drug dealer, killed everyone at their managers former house (he moved luckily) and that started his killing spree
