View Full Version : Quality of Meat
Alright you fat, needle wielding maniacs, does anybody have any views on the quality of their meat? Without wanting to spunk huge funds would you go for wholesale? Organic? Butcher? Interested to hear your thoughts.
It's been proven organic meat is no better nutritionally than standard fayre. Having said that when I can afford it I will buy organic / local where I can, for animal welfare and to support small business if nothing else. If you're worried about the fat make up of non organic meat you can always supp with omega 3 to balance things out.
Is it dead and at least part cooked/warm? I would love to eat better quality meat and do notice a difference - only really flavour, but budget is where its at!
Just get it down you.
Pork pies FTW!

If the meat is a lean cut then from a pollutants perspective I'm less bothered.
