Morning chaps! After a 6 month lay-off to drink beer, take drugs, get stressed in my new job and adjust to the fact I am now 30 years old I have decided to make my powerlifting come-back, possible in time for the SE champs early next year. As you can imagine I have become quite skinny-fat and lost LOTS of strength. I also seem to be plagued with injuries despite doing no exercise for months apart from cycling to work occasionally :019:

I wasn't responsible for IC messing up.... honest :angel:
Still training at CP Rory just trying to juggle the mess at work with training. Will be in tomorrow, probably for a whole-body session. Tried deadlifting after squatting last week and 180kg felt heavy :011:
Sounds like my standard training pattern, of layoff and drinking with minor niggling injuries, come back skinny fat and weak! Sucks indeed!
Manatee, are you actually training again yet? Or are you planning your big comeback? Got any type of routine in mind?
