I've just received this e-mail from my friends at Muscle Building Nutrition...
Hi,
I apologise for sending out an email that is not specifically
based around why you joined our mailing list, for nutrition,
& training advice etc, but after having watched over 2 hrs
of coverage on the reality of the devastation , homelessness,
and general suffering of the victims of the Tsunami, I knew
that we needed to send out a brief appeal to all our subscribers
and hope nobody would take to much offence at the unrequested
email.
I know many of you have already donated, but please don't feel
because your seeing how much money is coming in on the news
that it's enough. Over 150,000 people have died, with 10x that
now without parents or a place to live. The devastation to homes
and business means that millions more now have no way to feed
their families or even live.
Even basics like fresh water are scarce, sanitation is near hopeless
for many. It's going to take a long time and a huge amount of money
to help these people back on their feet again, so please don't feel
that what's happening now is enough.
If you can afford just $10.00 you will be helping to save a life, it's that
simple an equation right now, the more aid they can get the more
medicine, foods, water, shelter, clothing etc they have. The more
people will actually be saved from death. Was there ever a more grim
equation? Money = saving a life. We have the power to stop
a human being from suffering or dying right now and it's a click away.
Here's a collection of very easy places you can donate from online.

CNN have a huge list here:

It's not been a happy new year for many millions of people, so
please do what you can to help end their suffering.
Thank you
