I tend to squat deep, well below parallel, and on front squats it's literally ATG. Is there any chance this could cause damage to my knees by doing it this way? I always hear conflicting views on this, so was just wondering what you guys think.
CHEERS!!!
Not likely, all I've read is that it's actually safer (from a stress on the knee perspective) to go below parallel / ATG.
Few things:
Are you calves / hams tight?
Do you wear knee sleeves?
Do you take fish oil?

Fish oil no, should get on that, wraps no, and calfs, only sometimes (after running). I shall get on the fish oil, took it for a while before, good thing to do anyway I think. Cheers

Indeed.
Knee sleeves aren't wraps, they just increase heat and blood flow to the knee joint. A lot of the lads on here rate them for keeping the knees healthy.

Need to add those to the shopping list.
