These are what I have found to produce the most mass from my experience:
Quadriceps: front squats without a doubt

hamstrings: I don't really know about this one because my quadriceps always overpower my hamstrings no matter what I do

glutes: not too sure because in comparison to the rest of my lower body they are relatively prominent, but lunges and back squats seemed to hit them hard with me

lower back: dead lifts without a doubt

upper back: weighted pullups and dead lifts

traps:dead lifts without a doubt

shoulders: I found that I had better progress when using overhead dumbbell presses and military presses then when using military presses on their own

triceps: not really sure about this one

chest: not really sure about this one either

biceps: I have skinny arm syndrome, and found they were bigger when dead lifting and included direct arm work then squatting only and no direct arm work

Interesting, we agree on a lot of the same movements

The most interesting one for me has to be Seated DB Presses which proved to provide noticeably more hypertrophy in my shoulders then standard military barbell presses

possibly because of the greater range of movement?

This more assumption than experience but:

Quads - Leg extensions
Hammies - Wide squatting
Glutes - Sumo stiffies
Lower back - GM's
Upper back - Chest supported rows
Traps - Rack pulls
Shoulders - DB shoulder press
Triceps - JM press
Chest - DB bench
Biceps - Barbell curls

Did I say leg extensions? I meant front squats.

Hard to answer accurately, but will try.

Quads - Back squat (ATG) slightly wider then shoulder width
Hams - GM + ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Glutes - Same as squat (I was born with a J-Lo anyway)
Lower back - Deadlift, ohp
Upper back - Rows
Traps - Farmers walks, rack pulls
Shoulders - ohp press, deadlifting
Triceps - Bench press
Chest - DB bench (flat + incline), weighted push ups
Biceps - Squats, pull-ups, curls
Penis size - *squats

*give it a try

normally, i don't do anything for bi's other than pull-ups (if that), but lately I've realized that I would be happy with bigger arms. did alternate DB curls at the end of a few workouts and can already see the difference. My $.02 ...
