Right then folks i have got to try & squeeze in all my training
& was wondering how you people would do it ?
I`ve got to fit in
2 sess boxing (pm)
2 weights sess (pm)
1 mma sess (sometimes)
2 open mats (pm)
2 bjj sess (pm)
running (am)

at the mo its like this:
mon weights (pm)
tues run (am) boxing/bjj (pm)
wed bjj (pm)
thurs run (am) boxing (pm) weights (pm)
fri open mat (pm)
sat mma (am) open mat (am)
sunday conditioning & boxing (am)

I was going to start doing my weights on sat & sun
or in the mornings before work just to free up some
time.
I need to get some extra conditioning stuff in as well
as i intend to compete next yr.
Any thoughts would be gratefuly recieved.

thats a lot!

only you can really work this out, you need to decide whats most important and which of sessions take the most out of you, possibly effecting later sessions.

What do you intend on competing in and when? Prioritize your training towards that.
