All sports require the same foundations of strength and conditioning. Once those have been reach more specific training is often required.

Use this forum to discuss how to train pre and post season and also in season.

Discuss the special needs of each sport and debate which qualities athletes would benefit most from training.

For example - how much would a rugby player benefit from beating his 200kg squat if he can barely do single leg squat? Not much!!
