Currently on a two day split that looks like this:
day1
squat
bench
row
shrug
abs
day2
dead
OHP
CG Bench
CG Chin
abs
Thinking that if I split it up, twice a day style, that it might work better. For the next 6-8 weeks, I'll have the schedule to do it. Something along the lines of:
Day1
AM
Squat
Shrug
PM
Bench
Row
Day2
AM
Dead
CG Bench
PM
OHP
CG Chins
Any reason I shouldn't do this?
