The trick is to learn the ability to not rip your balls off on the way down... also overhead split snatches, split cleans, split bicep curling, and split good mornings are great!

I want to train even harder, so I look good when I go abroad on holiday with a female friend Feb/March time.

I want to lose some more body fat.

I want to remain injury free and healthy.

MOST OF ALL I WANT MY DEAR TRAINING PARTNER PIKEKING TO BE INJURY FREE AND RESTORED TO FULL HEALTH.

Training goals for next year:

All raw, no belt, no chalk (dont need it)

+ a sh1t load of mass, dont have a specific target (weight gain is easy for me)

Other goals:

right my turn

1st is to obviously start training properly
2nd equal the weights I was moving last year, ones i care about DL 175, Bench 130, Front Squat 105 x 5, dip 50 x5, pull up 20 x 5.
3rd take those weights and add 20% to them
4th get back to 200lb+
