what are your goals for the first half of 2005, training or otherwise?
Start training again and do the splits!
Also beat my depression and be content in life

yeah but i dont think you normally go right down into a front split
The trick is to learn the ability to not rip your balls off on the way down... also overhead split snatches, split cleans, split bicep curling, and split good mornings are great!
2005.
-Stay on track for a 1st at uni.
-Save some ****ing money again (like thats gonna happen).
-Shag more, if thats possible.
-Eat my way to 240lbs @ 13%.
-S/B/D = 200/140/240 [kg].
-Static hold 350kg.
-Close the CoC#3.
-Compete.

by march i want to be able to train again. by june i want to be hitting my old totals. double bodyweight squat by the end of the year.

I want to train even harder, so I look good when I go abroad on holiday with a female friend Feb/March time.
I want to lose some more body fat.
I want to remain injury free and healthy.
MOST OF ALL I WANT MY DEAR TRAINING PARTNER PIKEKING TO BE INJURY FREE AND RESTORED TO FULL HEALTH.

I have a friend who was pushing some crazy numbers @ 15 but has stopped doing it since, what a silly sausage!

Training goals for next year:
300kg deadlift
300kg squat
???kg Bench
All raw, no belt, no chalk (dont need it)
+ a sh1t load of mass, dont have a specific target (weight gain is easy for me)
Other goals:
Stay on track at uni

right my turn
1st is to obviously start training properly
2nd equal the weights I was moving last year, ones i care about DL 175, Bench 130, Front Squat 105 x 5, dip 50 x5, pull up 20 x 5.
3rd take those weights and add 20% to them
4th get back to 200lb+
