Heading out for some steak with old friends. My menu will be:
12 oz. filet
creamed spinach
baked potato
some sort of really fattening dessert
lots of Scotch

baked spud + little low fat spread
petit pois
cauli
brocoli
5 egg white omelette + ham, tom, mushroom, onion, ketchup

soy yoghurt + frozen forest fruit :049:
