This is a food journal that we are both going to post in. Its so we can help each other, receive comments and track progress.
Ok heres my day one I will update everytime I eat. Feeling ill today huge cough and didn't sleep well last night so it remains to be seem how much I will be able to eat.
1. 400ml Milk, 100g Oats, 50g Whey
2. Banana
3. Large Chicken Breast chopped up and put in sandwich.
4. 2 Pints Milk with 100g Whey.
I will post my stuff a day at a time, this is what I am eating today.
Woke at: 11:30am
1. 3 crumpets, 2x coffee.
TRAIN (lots 'o water).
2. 1 pint milk, 300g lasange(sp?).
3. 3 pints milk (drunk over about a 1.5 hour period).
4. Fish and medium potato, water.
5. 100g whey in 1 litre milk (sipped over about 1/2 hour).
6. 200g chicken, 200g nuts, lots 'o water.
7. Whey in milk, er... lots.
In bed by 01:00am
(+CLO+multivits)
Not a good day, but very busy so nothing I can do really. Tomorrow shoudl be much better.
200g of nuts in one go, nice!
Quit sipping your whey and down it before it degrades you wuss.
Right ive eaten **** all today, I felt seriously ill all yesterday and today and have just got out of bed. THings arnt looking good.,

4. 250g Pineapple
5. 200g Chicken + Cup and A half of white rice.
6. Egg Sandwich
7. 100g Chicken + 100g Rice.
8. Rack of Ribs
9. 100g Chicken + 100g Rice.
10. 100g Oats, 400ml milk, 50g whey.
+ about 100g of ricecakes throughout the day.
That was yesterdays diet by the way, will fill in todays tommorrow morning.
